breakfast: hard boiled eggs, instant grits/oatmeal, cold cereal, juice, yogurt
lunch: one sandwich-2 slices meat, 1 slice cheese, chips, chips, cookie, bottled
9. Foodservice gloves are provided
use bulk containers rather than individually wrapped
Let site supervisor know that oj and Coca cola in the frig if needed
Per Saran, for 60 cups of coffee, use 4 cups coffee

Be sure all volunteers log their name and hours!
Leave forms in the book. Elizabeth will forward to CARITAS
Make Coffee, set out snacks if time and product allow
Touch base with CARITAS Site personnel
Clean up-run dish machine
Set out late night snacks
Identify next morning’s breakfast
Debrief overnight crew - at least one person stays until the first overnight volunteer

Dinner Crew will identify breakfast items
Pull lunches and set on cart
